Working with Brian made an entire life of exercising efforts finally come full circle. Not only is he knowledgeable and passionate about helping you become stronger, faster and better, but he takes the time to make sure you excel beyond your own expectations. He helps you understand the workouts instead of just going through the motions. He helps you connect mind, spirit and body and encourages to push yourself to the very last rep. He educates you on varied movements, dieting, supplements and focuses on "sculpting" your body to the shape you desire. His professionalism and extensive knowledge of fitness and physique is unmatched by any coach or trainer I've ever worked with. Not only does he teach it, but he practices it. You know that you're learning the proper techniques because he's spent his life educating himself on what works and what doesn't. I would recommend him in the highest regard to friends and family.

Brian has been my personal trainer for over a year. He was very good at motivating me to push hard even on days when I didn't think I could do it. Brian is very knowledgeable with equipment in the gym and what foods and supplements to use or avoid to get the best results. The workouts can be really tough but I saw the results by keeping at it. For losing weight, did combination of weight training with high intensity cardio and Brian told me exactly what to eat and drink before and after the workout to get the most out of the session. I am almost 50 years old yet after a year of training, I feel like 30 years old and feel strong. When you pick Brian as your trainer, he will take care of all the details of what to do and he will make sure you do proper form to get the most out of each exercise. This also includes adjusting the weight based on your current strength level so that it isn't too easy or too hard but challenging based on the reps he is targeting.

I'm so glad that my friend told me about Brian. He had him as his trainer for several mounths. I got in tuch with him for a year ago. Since that I've had him as my trainer. I have had some personal trainers before him that I was not satisfy with. What Brian does is Amazing. I saw great results after some weeks and now I'm stepping in to the gym with great confidence, I admire Brian and his work. I could always call him if I needed support or help. He also helped me out alot with the nutrition. Thanks to him I got a healthier Lifestyle.
