Pet Odors and Tobacco smoke! We thought we were never going to find a company that could help us! After checking out their website, and their reviews on Thumbtack, I called to schedule an appointment for a tech to check out the odor problems in our rental home. The representative was cordial as he took my information. He also told me that the tech would be by between 5:30pm - 6:30pm. I received the courtesy call a few minutes after informing me that the tech would arrive within the half hour. The tech came in a timely fashion. He was nice and professional. After examining the problem, He gave me an estimate of how much it was going to cost me, and feeling the price was fair, agreed to have the work done right away. As soon as I signed the paperwork, the tech went to get their hypo-allergenic chemicals and fogging equipment and started when we went out for dinner. WHAT AN AMAZING DIFFERENCE! No cat odor or tobacco when we came home, and zero mess left for us. I am totally grateful and satisfied with Master Odor Removal's service.
