- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First of all ..deferent event require deferent energy and preparation. I have a set price for Parties and Events. Wedding as its own deferent prices too .... You cant charge the same for a 1 or 2 hr beach wedding with 5 guess then a church wedding with 75+ guess or a wedding with 100's of guess ..It's there wedding we are talking about so they must call you and share all their important details. I do A LA CART, because every couples as a deferent budgets .. I treat EVERY wedding the same small or big .. its there most important day .. help them with there experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make contact .. as there is much details to share if you want to understand and served them well.Communication is the key to great service. Listen to they're needs, answer there question, then share how you work. they don't want to be lied to .. Give them what you promise. I alway touch base with my clients a day or 2 before the shoot.. I call when I leave my house so they KNOW I'm on the way. It will reassure them ..... The Photographer is on there way.One less thing they will have to stress about. I show up early to do a meet and greet then I scoop the place out quickly.First thing to do is capture the room/location and the details, that is important to the client they have spend lots of time and fund to make the place look nice..they depend on you to capture that for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's can naturally to me . Im one of the blessed one, God knew my personality "I'm and extravert" I love it I get GREAT pleasure providing happiness to people. Bought a camera 8 year sago .. and i never looked back ... . and still growing ..
