What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base price is $20 but this may vary depending the kind of class e will offer, where the student live or if is online, the time of the class, duration of the class, the instrument selected and the quantity of students.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we test the student natural music abilities. After that we choose the correct curriculum depending of the talent, time, expectations, daily situation, the result of the first test and school rutine. Then we strat our weekly class using our web platform and supervisors to see the progress of the student. With pur tools we can guarantee that the student will learn in the best way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our teacher are certified and beside that, we keep educating and certifing in differents areas to grow more our personal. We believe that education is the most important thing to grow and we keep it updated to everyone.
