Thomas came out after convincing me that a permit was a waste of time to run an underground natural gas line for a fire pit. But, he promised that it would be done properly and up to code. After installing the gas line, my outdoor project was put on hold by the city because he did not permit. When I contacted him, he certainly did not have the haste and responsiveness that he had when wanting to win the job. He then stated that he was not licensed to get a permit (hence why he was telling me it wasn't important), but he promised to give me the isometric drawings that would be needed for me to permit myself. Called several times and he fell off of the planet. Once I finally had someone do the drawings and submit for permitting, the inspector came and said that the project was not done up to code and proper piping was not used. NOT UP TO CODE!! No big deal....just shady work on a underground natural gas line!!! Anyway, he got his money, never responded again and i now have paid way more to reverse his lies and non-responsiveness. Would not hire for any project again.
