Devante was patient with my tenant; he scheduled a time with the tenant for the repair, and it turned into a replacement which he was prepared to complete the same day. There was some drama with me forgetting to submit the company’s credentials to the HOA and he was very patient while I straightened it out. I have already recommended him to other property owners and landlords.
