An outstanding management company. Mary Roman and her staff took over the management of our property at a difficult time and in short order made things right. Great with tenant relations, all elements of property maintenance and record maintenance. In other words, they know how to take care of your property and greatly improve its performance!

The property manager for Southern Commercial Management, Mrs. Roman, is a very competent, reliable and professional person, always easy to reach by phone or email. As a tenant for over three years on one of the office buildings she manages in Broward County, Mrs. Roman has always been sensitive to our customer needs, answering to any request immediately. The facilities are in great shape and very well maintained with an easy to book conference room. We highly recommend her services.

As a tenant of Southern Commercial Management in Lubbock, Texas since 2008, I am extremely pleased with their Property Manager Mary Roman.
