I was quite concerned that the NEST thermostat may not be compatible with my White Rogers 15 year old thermostat but I really wanted to upgrade and replace it. I even checked online with NEST and was discouraged (the chat got discontinued after about 30 minutes of being on hold and going thru it with the customer support - ugh!) Derrick felt confident it would work and I agreed to give it a chance. It's awesome! And, while he was here, he guided my on downloading the NEST app, registering, entering a code and confirming I could manage my NEST from my iphone. It's such a HUGE improvement and I suspect I'll reduce my energy bill as an added bonus. We're very happy with the device and totally pleased with Derrick's installation and support!

This was a small job (thermostat replacement) but I couldn't find the "C" wire to complete the installation. Kevin knew exactly what I was talking about, opened the back of the a/c unit, found the wire and made the connection, quickly and efficiently. I requested the service a Sunday and after an hour I already setup next day the appointment and the price for the service. The technician did a good job installing a smart thermostat. Instead to use an adapter C, he recommend me to wire again without the necessity to use the adapter. He made a really good job. Definitely in case I will need AC service I will call back the company

Occasionally you come across someone who truly stands out. Tony is one of them. What should have been a simple Google nest thermostat install turned out to be a difficult project because of the wiring in my home. Tony went way above and beyond. He was persistent he had to come back a couple of times. He never gave up. He was dedicated to getting the job done figuring it out. He was so fair with his pricing. Kevin was reliable from the start. Messaged him late in the afternoon/evening and he still managed to make it to my home on the same day/night. While I thought I might’ve needed his help with my nest thermostat it was actually my HVAC condenser. It took a quite some troubleshooting but he was thorough in going through each step my step. I’m glad he wasn’t taking shortcuts on the work. Kevin seems to be the type of person that if he doesn’t know something he will find someone that does and not make things up. Hopefully I don’t have anymore issues with my AC but if I do I’d make sure to call kevin. Thank you.
