- What types of customers have you worked with?
We generally do buffet style catering. We will send a set up team to set up the service and food and generally one or two people will attend the buffet, assist people with their plates and entree selections, refill serving trays and keep the serving table clean and presentable. We also do drop off catering and we also send a set up team to set your table for you. They will set up your warmers and food and make sure that you have everything you need before departing. Both of these options are included with our pricing, we do not charge extra for these services.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to customers is always ask what your total out of pocket will be. Too many caterers add on service charges, delivery fees, set up fees, rental charges AFTER they quote your price. Get all your costs up front. My second piece of advice to customers is be honest with your budget. It is brutally difficult to come up with a menu without a price point. As a caterer, I want your business, I won't quote you a crazy price and I will always do everything I can to give you the best price possible. When I know what you can spend, I can make suggestions which will give you the type of menu you want while staying in your budget.
