- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally require some information from our customers in order to meet their needs and give them an accurate low cost quote. If its an emergency repair we normally ask the customer to call us to see if we can walk them through a solution or if not, to try to diagnose the issue. If we cant help our customers over the phone, we schedule to come out and diagnose and fix the problem. For new system quotes we need the tonnage of the system or we can come out and give a free quote after viewing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 15+ years of Air Conditioning Service in the community. We are EPA Certified and hold NCCER certifications.
