- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no way to describe pricing in a little over 100 words. It is ALL based on the task, the expectations of the client, the end use of what I provide, how many are produced, where distributed. No two tasks are the same. Some I lose big, some I win big.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is a daily issue, just like the medical profession. The software and available techniques are NOT learned overnight. The software is EXPENSIVE, must be upgraded continually (along with the knowledge) to remain competitive or we are OUT of business overnight.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided, rather later than I should have, to use what I am good at, to make a living.
