Updated review:8/1/18: George was motivated out of the gate but the two-week project turned in to several months of slow progress. He started to demonstrate difficulties with simple communication about the status of the job. At the end of the project, he planted flowers that were obviously dead, blaming a dog for urinating on them, even though we didn't have a dog. It took months of discussion to get the dead plants replaced, but he replaced with little tiny starts when we paid for 1 gallon. George took over our general mowing and continued to tweak the landscaping project. He became less reliable, with inconsistency with the mowing schedule. He also showed difficulty with simple response communication. Since the completion of our landscaping project, there have been multiple issues with plant health. He failed to follow through on maintaining or educating on plant maintenance. His continued poor communication led to several poor or just plain dead plants, and his attempts to make it right were down with equally poor health plants. There were a couple of hardscape issues that took months to get addressed as well, and some of those were never fixed correctly. We recently let him go from the mowing and plant maintenance as all we would was make excuses and blame us for doing something wrong.Aug 7, 2018Verified
Mr. Zebley did not show up for our appointment to meet. He did email me 2 hours prior to our appt. to confirm. I didn’t get his email until 6mins after appt. time.
