Aging athlete and weight lifter never had a massage before but my expectations were far exceeded. I had a small tear in my left lat and inflammation in my shoulders. I am used to being sore and stiff everyday but the annoying twitching in my lat was driving me crazy. About an hour after the massage I felt refreshed as if I had a reset on all the stiffness and inflammation. I actually feel several years younger. I have spent 20 years beating the hell out of my body and muscles and this was the first time investing in removing the tension and relaxing. Best money I have spent in a long time
