- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 8% rate on property management for individual units and can negotiate discounts for multi unit portfolios. We offer 6% rate on sales and purchases and again can negotiate for multi unit listings We also offer 75% rate for rentals and can negotiate for multi units without charging on renewals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making in person contact when possible, review the customers Real Estate or Project needs, expectations and goals and providing recommendations that best fit their needs in this current Real Estate Market.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years experience in the Property Management field also with the owner being a Licensed Broker with 18 years Real Estate experience including associated required continuing education. Licensed CAM for the management of Associations and over 7 years in SWFL alone working with investors and individual owners for the acquisitions, renovations, repairs and rentals of their units.
