I just want to truley say from the bottom of my heart thank you to the person who helpped me and my husband have a chance at making a home for us. Im so greatful and she did above and beyond to help me . She is absolutely the best realtor agent i have ever met. She knew my situation from start and she fought for me like no one has. She is give a family with a lil of a past a chance ..and i will not let her dow. For that reason. She is amaZing and she is truley a blessing from god. People may not like this next statement but. Leased a second home in North Fort Myers for business purposes using RPM Rental Direction. I am very pleased with the experience. Jenn, Daniel, and Stephanie were all very nice, professional, and accommodating in meeting with me, answering questions, and walking me through the process. They all went above and beyond what was expected in making sure I got into the right property for me. I cant say enough good things about these people! I was having trouble with Real Property Management with this last leasing experience. My first property manager was dropping the ball in communication big time. Didn't really seem to care or know about what I was informing her of what was going on at the unit that she was suppose to be managing for me. Long story made short I was getting many HOA violation letters regarding the tenant and a very large 100 pound plus German Shepard dog that I had NO clue about. People we are talking about a 100 pound plus horse dog living in my 2nd floor one bedroom 560 square foot condo!! Imagine my surprise finding out about this.. These violation letter warnings were also being sent to real property management. Luckily a new property manager named Daniel has taken over as the Property Manager. Communication has been great and we've also come up with a strategy to deal with the problem tenant who's been abusing the terms of the lease and also how to move forward from here. It's been a night and day difference. Props to Daniel and his team!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 3 different packages that our clients can choose from to best align with their exact property management needs. These packages start at 9% of the monthly rent collected and are only ever applicable when you have a resident paying rent. We DO NOT get paid, until you get paid.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like each property, we understand that each owner has their own unique goals that they wish to achieve with their rental(s). Our objective here at RPM Rental Direction is to understand and help execute these goals on an owner-to-owner and property-to-property basis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At RPM Rental Direction, we actively strive to constantly stay educated on all things real estate both on a local and national level. We attend seminars and workshops that focus on new laws, rules, and regulations that effect real estate in the Southwest Florida area. Our employees are also active members of NARPM™ (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and are required to become Certified Florida Residential Property Managers (CFRM™). RPM Rental Direction is also a licensed brokerage in the state of Florida and only employ property managers that are licensed in real estate in the state of Florida.
