I used Monique Barnett to coordinate my wedding in 2012 and she did a phenomenal job! She coordinated our entire wedding, from locating a venue down to the flowers. The planning started a month after I was engaged and in about 9 months we were ahead of schedule and had time to spare. From day one, she was professional, prompt, and extremely concerned with making our day very special to my husband and I. She was willing to work with our budget no matter how big or small. She always kept us involved in any issues as well as progress we were making. What stood out the most for me, was her warm appeal to any concerns that we had. When an idea was proposed she always asked us what we liked or did not like about it. She wanted to know how we felt about the matter. We could call her at any hour day or night with any issues and they we're addressed with kindness and genuine concern. We are extremely happy with the service we received from her and can't wait to use her for our next event!! We will definitely recommend her to all of our family and friends!

Monique was employed with our family for over 15 years as a personal chef. She is no longer with us as she relocated from Ft. Lauderdale. After our selections have been made for the week I do not think about food shopping or major food preparation. Monique shops and comes to our kitchen and makes delicious meals. She uses wonderful ingredients and is very health conscious. I've also had Monique cater a number of parties - including large holiday parties for more than 50 people. She is a pleasure to work with, both creative and flexible. I couldn't recommend her more highly!

Monique did my sister surprise engagement party. She handle everything because I was too busy. With the details I gave her about my sister and some dietary directions, every guest enjoyed themselves and the food was excellent.

First if all, working with Monique was a true pleasure! She is very professional and has a terrific witty personality that doesn't make an event feel like work. Her dishes are delicious and played beautifully so the presentation is as good as the food tastes. I give her 5 stars for food preparation, delicious plates and a truly stellar personality to work with! You will not be disappointed with quality, service and food that Monique creates that are like little works of art, you can tell this is truly her craft and she's passionate about it!
