- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Per job. And my potential customers attitude. I'm at the point in life where it's not,all about money. It's about meeting new people, nice people. People that I want to impress with my skills. Customers that appreciate your knowledge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always pay attention to detail. Most of the time the customer is always right. I know the process of doing my trade as long as we follow the process. And communication has to be above all. The correct materials is always key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 35 years in the building and trades. Attended Brewton Parker college, and Savannah VOC tech. Master carpenter. After 35yrs of working in housing, flipping etc. I can transform your home into an amazing and beautiful home.
