I really rarely give 5 stars but Jeff @ Top Fit Pros Training deserves every one of them. I trained with Jeff for a long time before I had to travel a lot for work one year.. I decided to check out Thumbtack to see if there was someone better then Jeff only to find out there was not one. So I decided to call Jeff and I got back with Jeff in the last few days. Jeff was very understanding of my commitments in the past. I have been back training with Jeff just a short time but he is even more knowledgable now. I had three trainers prior to starting with Jeff the first time. None were good at all! Jeff was the best and still is! Jeff is also super easy going but does motivate me when I am feeling tired or lazy. And although I used to run 50 miles per week, doing weights unlike cardio is a challenge for me. But thankfully Jeff is there to motivate me in a positive, non-meathead gym kind of way. Prior trainers I've had talked about no pain/no gain and other gym rat nonsense. Not Jeff. He doesn't have to sell you anything because he's good and he knows his stuff, and isn't about nonsense talk and pithy sayings. Jeff takes Great Pride in how well his and Clean his Gym is. Everything is super clean and sanitized spotless before your workout and after you are finished. His one on one private sudio gym is perfect for me. I am the only one in the gym training with Jeff. It is all private and therefore the focus it totally on me. Not the Muscle heads around the normal Gym. . Bottom line: he's a great trainer, a good guy, very educated in his field and also actually loves helping people be healthy.
I hired Ahmed as a personal trainer 14 months ago, hoping to get lean and defined. I'm in my late 40's, and I needed a skilled pro to help motivate me and to achieve the specific results that I wanted. Ahmed listened to my inputs, set some goals, and we developed a great fitness plan. Diet and nutrition were included (normally overlooked by other trainers). I achieved most of my goals quickly, and I learned proper lifting form, and I corrected mistakes from years ago. I lost 10lbs (from 158lbs to 148lbs), and I became lean and defined. I look years younger, and I feel younger too. Ahmed has a great understanding of each of his clients - he adjusts workouts so that they're always challenging, pushing you the right amount. I'm very pleased with the results, and I look forward to my training sessions each week. I highly recommend Symmetry Fitness for Personal Training and other fitness programs.
Personal training with Ken has been a great experience. He built specific workouts that have helped me target the areas that needed improvement. He has a great personality and is creative with routines. From beginner to even advanced fitness levels, I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
I have trained with Evelyn for nearly 8 months and have begun to see a definite change in my strength, balance and cardio. Training with a professional works best for me as I meet goals much quicker and without injuries. Evelyn's the best and motivates me to work harder even when I don't want to.

Literally one of the most patient , caring and hard working trainers out there. She works endlessly to mold the workouts that are best for you and your body type. She also writes workouts out which are extemely detailed with pictures and descriptions if you don't have the time to meet with her. She travels to your home if you prefer which is a HUGE time saver especially when you're a busy bee! She's not one of those trainers that lose interest, she genuinely cares about you not only achieving your goals, but that you can take with you all that you've learned so you can continue and maintain your results once you decide to go on your own. Any kind of advice or input you need about nutrition as in what to eat or what kind of protein to buy she has all the info! You can tell shes done her research and that she sticks as much to an organic/hollistic approach to mostly everything which is great! She's a breathe of fresh air, and I have the pleasure to call her my trainer! You will not be dissapointed!
