- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally we like to travel to the job site and speak with the customers onsite, so we know exactly what they are wanting, and can make sure we have all the necessary information to provide them with a accurate estimate of repair. We offer this free of charge. We also offer a 10% military discount for all our active duty and veteran customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe communication plays a key role in this process. Some customers feel they are in over their heads and are nervous about what's instore. I listen an try to invision what they want. We will draw up some plans an go over in detail to make sure everyone is on same page agreement. Then have the customer sign the work order, pay the deposit, and schedule the work. Daily communication with the customer throughout the project.
