FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be fair with pricing but also make enough money to support my operation though. With the current gas prices, I do try my best NOT to inflate my prices much and pass that on to the customer but again I have to make money after compensating for the higher fuel prices. I am still very new to this as well so I am really working things out still and I'm sure it'll take a year or two of trial and error figuring things out, but I know in the end I'll get it figured out though!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is just the same as any other customer. I really go above and beyond for my clients and give them the most bang for their buck. I've learned through my years of doing it professionally that the happier the client is, ultimately the happier I will be as well. So whether you're a new customer or a returning one, you are treated with the same level of appreciation and respect regardless.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have, this year, makes four actual years of working in the field with doing this type of work and have worked mostly in the Middle TN area which correlates to working in colder climates and conditions. Working outside doing Landscaping when it's only 37° for the high is a little rough to say the least but the jobs MUST be completed regardless.
