- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system involves travel costs and time, food, lodging, work load, difficulty and length of performance, and possible dangers. Each quote is tailored to the events details, and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial 5-10 minute conversation, usually on the phone, I send an agreement so everything is clearly communicated. That agreement is filled out by the client and emailed back to me. That's it! It takes no longer than 15 minutes to reserve my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do everything possilbe to further my skills. I read books, attend conferences and workshops, and practice constantly.
