Introduction: My name’s Justin, and I’ve had a passion for electronics ever since I was 7 years old. I started on Windows 95 and have learned how to troubleshoot through every iteration of Windows operating systems ever since. A lot of how I’ve learned how to problem solve has come from making a ton of mistakes. My computers in my learning phase were filled with so many viruses, malware, adware and ransomware on my computer in my early years that I’ve learned exactly how to avoid them and how to remove them. I first learned how to tear down and piece back together a desktop when I was 11. I first was able to start upgrading my computers at age 13 when I was making my own money. This brought me better versatility and power to run stronger software, things like Fl Studio or graphic intensive video games. Understanding the mechanics of a computer allowed me to understand what resources were necessary for my needs, and through this learning, I was able to learn how to meet the needs of others too so they don’t necessarily have to get the best of the best just so they can surf the net and write a book on Word. When I turned 23, I worked for cellphone repair companies repairing computers, laptops, tablets and gaming hardware. I have over 7 years of repairing the glass on LCD screens, changing batteries, swapping charging ports, replacing camera's and other components in multiple electronics. I have a little over double the years on software troubleshooting on most platforms, which has given me the experience to know most ins and outs of operating systems such as Windows, Mac and Linux and the apps used within. I can practically do it all. My real strengths here though, is my ability to problem solve and teach. If I don’t know how to fix it initially or how best to teach you what you need to know, you can be absolutely sure I’ll figure it out. I always do. I have enough experience to intuit these things, and know exactly what to look for to get to the bottom of it. If it isn’t repairs or troubleshooting you need, but to be taught how to use certain software, or someone who can figure it out for you and teach you, I’m definitely the person for the job. I can make things easy to understand with as minimal amount of steps as possible. So give me a try, you might find yourself satisfied.

I was really confused about how to use a couple of programs on my new laptop, and Justin was able to really help guide me through and teach me what I needed to know. I felt way more empowered to be able to figure stuff out for myself later on. A super valuable resource. Thank you so much!
