Read reviews that mention:
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices will likely be higher than a standard cleaning company on a standard cleaning job. We aren't the company to call when the dirtiest thing in your house is a dusty ceiling fan. Our price is higher because we come with the equipment, licenses, and knowledge to handle situations most companies can't touch. Whether you're struggling with years of pet waste on your floors or blood/feces/urine or odors that just won't go away, we have what it takes to make your home safe again. Also, we're a family-owned local business. There are national corporations that do the same work we do, but they'll likely be more expensive. Our overhead is lower and we pass those savings to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The situations we deal with can be hard to share, and we don't take that lightly. From the initial contact, until the job is done, you'll be working with absolute professionals. We arrive in unmarked vehicles and work efficiently and quietly. We refuse to discuss the situation with neighbors and do everything we can to do our work out of sight. We deal with these types of situations on a daily basis. So regardless of your present situation, we'll never judge you. We only want to help you proceed to your next phase.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've helped folks remove trash and clean their house when it was too overwhelming for them to handle. This can be called hoarding, but sometimes it's just due to a recent illness or depression. We've worked with grieving families. Sometimes it's after a loved one has committed suicide and we can remove the bodily fluids. Other times it's when a grandparent passed away without warning. Sometimes these situations also involve hoarding so there's a lot of trash, animal feces, and other items to handle at the same time as bodily fluids.
