Introduction: Sometimes, we need the space to heal through energy work, and sometimes we really need those knots dissolved in our shoulders. I offer both sides of the spectrum and seamlessly combine them to offer both a deep emotional as well as physical experience.
At the beginning of each appointment, we will assess your needs together and decide how the hour would be most effective for you. I graduated from the Florida School of Massage and have been practicing since 2003. I received an advanced certification in sports therapy in 2004 and in 2014, I completed my Reiki mastership.
My practice is inclusive of people of all sizes, disabled people, lesbian, gay, queer, trans or gender non-conforming people. I am a BCBS provider. I specialize in deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy and Reiki. I am available by appointment only.

Helen is one of the best massage therapists I've ever worked with. I have chronic issues with pain in my legs, and it's always hard to find someone who will be *patient* and *slow* and *thoughtful* enough to do deep work without just plowing through the scar tissue and making me want to scream. Helen is just... incredibly present. Like, more present than any other massage therapist who has worked on me before. I don't get the sense that she's watching the clock run out on the session, or that she's pushing through the muscle to get to the next stroke. I get the sense that her fingers are talking to all the pain points I have and sitting down for tea to politely and firmly ask them to vacate the area. Me and my legs 100% recommend her work.

Helen James-James Storey has the perfect blend of neuromuscular therapy and Reiki energy therapy to intuitively address my current needs occurring in my body. I always feel cared for and listen to as well, even if I choose not to talk. I highly recommend Helen as a Massage Therapist/Reiki Master and will schedule with her again.

I have been seeing Helen for quite some time and words honestly can't describe how impressed I am. Her ability to hone into the muscles in need, even out side of my own awareness, is mind blowing!
She is LGBTQ inclusive and helped me with my female to male chest surgical scars.

Helen has been my massage therapist for years. Her listening skills are top notch. She “gets” it, which helps her “match” her skills set to my needs. She easily “finds” my “spots”...which other LMTs have been unable to do because of how deep my muscle needs are. She is kind, caring, and professional. I cannot say enough positive things about her as an individual and as a licensed massage therapist.
