Due to the recent inflation which has increased as the U.S. economy recovers from the coronavirus pandemic, pushing up prices on goods such as food, gasoline and cars. Fees for services has increased. $10 per notarial signature/stamp as allowed by the State of Florida Law, for a SINGLE item notarial acts. Prices varies depending on how many signatures and distance. *You must provide the documents as A1 Notary Plus do not prepare or provide forms/letters/affidavits.* Good work isn’t always cheap and loan signings packages such as Refinance, Purchase, Buyer & Seller Agreements, Loan Modification, Reverse Mortgage, VA Loan, Credit Union Loans, Conventional Loan Documents, Land Contracts, and more starts at $250.00 plus (traveling mileage fee $0.63 round trip will be calculated during initial call). Living Wills, Power of Attorney, Trusts and more starts at $175.00 plus (traveling mileage fee $0.63 round trip will be calculated during initial call). These are also separate fees from single general notarial signatures/stamps. As notaries we are allowed to charge an administration fees for time, traffic, mileage and gas. Additional pricing is based on the location which is Central FLA 32138 (traveling fee is $0.63 per mile ROUND TRIP), including additional pricing for the type of document(s) and number of signatures and witnesses required. Since every person's situation is unique, estimating the cost is difficult to offer accurate price estimate. If you would like a more precise estimate charge for your service, please reach out to me for an exact pricing for service offer. **PLEASE NOTE - For any loan signings with a fee paid of $225 or less I will only go a maximum of 10 miles round trip from my zip code 32138, door to door. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All tax prep/planning and notarization is by appointment only. I typically respond within a couple of hours to request what is needed in advance so you can be prepared. I confirm how many signatures are needed and to make sure all is in order and or if witnesses are needed. If you cannot provide a witness or witnesses based on your forms criteria, I do charge per witness to you in addition to the travel fee, as a separate service, in order to bring witness or witnesses with me to your chosen location. All signers are required by law to present a unexpired Government-Issued Photo ID to help prevent fraud and secure declaration of signers' identity. As well as verifying the time, location including a traveling fee which will be $0.63 per mile ROUND TRIP from my location area which is 32138 Central Florida. I AM A 24/7 REMOTE AND TRAVELING MOBILE NOTARY as well as a NOTARY PERMIT RUNNER providing a solution to any of your notary needs. When I travel to customer, I will either sign inside a public place such as a neighborhood park, town square, or an office space etc., If traveling to a home, it is imperative to sign outside for safety reasons. It would be dangerous for me to go inside a client home that I do not know personally. I am sure you understand this for safety reasons. **Unacceptable Identification Cards** -Social Security Cards -Library Cards -Government Issue ID cards that do not contain a photograph -Government Issue ID cards that do not contain a signature -Government Issue ID cards that do not contain a physical description -An ID card that appears to have been tampered **Unacceptable forms for Identification** -Real Estate Documents -Birth Certificates -Marriage Certificates -Death Certificates After our conference call is complete, I will reserved a time in my schedule exclusively for you. Appointments are only secured by payment received in advance of appointment time. Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: Please note that once your appointment have been scheduled with me, that means if you plan to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a minimum rebooking charge of $25.00. To avoid a cancellation or rebooking fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by email, text or calling. An email confirmation and appointment reminders will be sent, as well as an invoice to submit payment electronically. I am pleased to say, I do offer print, scan or mail of any documents for my clients for the fee of postage and fee per page. I prepare personal and business taxes for any state remotely, and I have a wide range of clients in different states. Need a professional tax preparer remotely, A1 Notary Plus is here for you. There are security guidelines and measures to keep sensitive information safe and secure, I am obligated to adhere to maintain my standing with the IRS. We can schedule a video call/video chat to meet with me face to face. There is an initial consultation for tax preparation for verifying all personal, tax documents and or business information. Once all documents that have been submitted, verified and process then all documents will be inputted into our IRS approved tax software. Contact client to advise of tax return status. All of our tax preparation's comes with audit protection for 3 years. Therefore, all client's will be set up for a successful tax year. *I do not answer phone calls while attending to my clients or while driving to appointments. Emails and text messages are read throughout the day but not an ideal method of contact if you need a quick response. As a convenience to all my customers, my appointment system is strictly online.*
