This is my first experience taking cooking classes and it has been fantastic. I am finally enjoying cooking healthy without having to sacrifice flavor. Sue has walked me through the process with graceful patience and has made this experience so much fun. I'm glad I finally decided to do this, also very grateful Thumbtack helped me make this search process an easy one. I just relocated and it was scary not having relatives or friends to guide me.
My family has Lou cooking meals several days a week. As both myself and my wife work full time this really takes the pressure off us and gives us more family time. We are very focused on healthy food and Lou does a great job providing that.

WOW!!! Everything about the evening was perfect! I am an average cook and Nicolas made me feel so comfortable with all the new skills he taught me. The menu included fillet of snapper with a cream caper sauce with brussell sprouts and pancetta. The food was amazing , better than most restaurants and the evening was fun and informative . Nicolas taught me many tips on how to be a better cook. I now have compound butter and fish stock in my repertoire. Tonight I am trying the exact recipe on some good friends and next Wednesday Nick is teaching me red sauces. Nick is warm, funny, well prepared and a very skilled chef. In addition after enjoying this wonderful creative meal, he cleaned up my kitchen, WOW. I would highly recommend Nicholas and can't wait for my next lesson.

I used chef Tracy of summer rain cafe for a brunch I had the day after my daughters wedding. From the menu she created to fit my budget, to the presentation of the food everything was outstanding. Megan catered an event that I had for my friends and customers during the Christmas Season this past year. Over 150 guests attended. Everything was perfect and I was relieved that the one thing I did not have to worry about was the food. Everyone raved about the appetizers and sweets that were served at her suggestion.
