We did finished our job and we didn't get payed in full she wanted a dry wall division between waiting room and back office we quote but 500 that's before she added the window and door with Pedestal Sink. When she also wanted a window and door installed as well and a Pedestal Sink in the bathroom we raised the estimate to 1.112 but then she added the water line and cabinet with sink so we did but the plumber charges were 375 to 500 she agreed which it was still very low then the first day after half of the job was done she said she couldn't pay and it was to much money. We finished all of that in 4 days. except the water line runing from bathroom sink and to another room and cabinet with a sink as well. We also put and bought all the materials for 1.112 Sounds ridiculous well we told her we were not plumbers so she hired a plumber and he could install water line from bathroom to the room she requested with a cabinet and sink. For An extra 500 now when we were done with our job she paid us the amount of 1.112 and the plumber she hired started his job if the water line and cabinet with a sink she also hired home to mount 2 tvs some cameras and assembled a desk while we were there he was installing the camera we were done with our part and she payed so like I said we are not plumbers he stayed finishing the projects he was hired for and we me and my wife went onto the next job with another client . Then two days latter she calls needing her cabinets and water line and I told her again we were finished and we bought all the materials for our project the drywall sheets (7) the compound the 2x4 lumber(9) spice we bought the window band door the paint the Pedestal Sink and installed all of it even painted even the old got some fresh coat Now since she went behind our backs and paid the plumber 500 or more and he didn't finish. In other words nerve started. She call us after a day or two to bring her the cabinet with sink and to be installed with water line which I'M NOT A PLUMBER !!! Then this clint wants to hold me responsible for someone she place Incharged of installing the pulmbing and some extra things she should have never gone behind our backs. shes not right for that and wants us to to continue buying materials and I'm tell her I've done everything we agreed she even paid us in 3'transaction 3 different card. But only payed 1.112 someone need to put a stop to this person at 543 Avenue K SE winter haven fl her name Dr. Christa Lorgeat she expects for everything to be done for almost nothing and will try to get her money back after work is complete. Very rude and unkind and belittles people I could only imagine how could she get away with this. Help me she is always bothering be and my family .
