I am in charge of the bookkeeping for a Home Depot service provider and this past January, we needed assistance in setting up QuickBooks. Mr. Kharroubi came well recommended to us and his performance more than exceeded our expectations. He was knowledgeable in both accounting and best business practices, allowing us to understand how to best use QB for our business. He was tech savvy and had our data files loaded and running on QB in no time flat. We also needed a number of training hours during which he was extremely patient and explained unfamiliar subjects so they could be easily understood. I must say, it was a real blessing to have his assistance. From time to time we have still questions on how to handle unusual transactions and it is a comfort having EEVOS Consulting and Mr. Kharroubi as a valuable resource. When I first started my computer business, I was in need of a trustworthy accountant and advisor that could help me make the right decisions for my new business venture. I was fortunate enough to find Mr. Kharroubi through a common association. I explained my situation and he was more than happy to help. With his assistance, I was able to quickly to secure the right licenses and implement QuickBooks. He would soon take over my accounting and file sales tax until I could handle it on my own. His support during these early stages was invaluable to my business, allowing me to focus on growth instead of administration. A year later, my business was starting to grow and I needed to finance a significant amount of inventory. I once again turned to Mr. Kharroubi and within a short-time, he was able to secure the financing needed to help business my grow. That was nearly 20 years ago and I have known Mr. Kharroubi ever since. He is the one of the most capable and trustworthy individuals I have ever met. I am the owner of Custom Wood Ideas, a service provider for The Home Depot. Last year Home Depot requested that we begin using tablets in the field so we could move to electronic forms that were easily emailed / uploaded. I wasnt quite sure where to start but knew I needed help. Mr. Kharroubi was referred to us by a friend and was a tremendous help in this process. He was able to evaluate the best tablet and data plan for our needs without bias. He was then able to take our paper measurement form and covert it to a PDF fill-in to include all the options we required. He has been our interface with Home Depot throughout this process making it easy for us to go about our daily business without missing a beat. Mr. Kharroubi continues to be a great accounting, business and technical resource for us. We highly recommend him and his company!

Most often we try to offer our client a fixed rate based upon the average time we anticipate spending for a particular job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a CPA, we are required to have 30 hours per year of continuing education. In addition, I read up on the latest accounting rules, business and technology trends.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always had a knack for numbers, I find business intriguing and I love working with people. It just made perfect sense to become a CPA.
