There's no magic system. It all depends on the scope of the job and the size of the client.

For technical tactics that require continuing education, we reach out to resources that handle that kind of thing. What we really need to keep an eye on is pop culture in order to deliver communications, whether visual or in writing, that resonate with today's market.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Since I was young, I knew I had a knack for all things visual and creative. And I LOVED TV, especially commercials. So decided to study advertising and commercial art. My first job out of school was producing art for a big box apparel manufacturer. After our plant closed down, I accidentally landed a job at my first advertising agency and I met my first copywriter who opened my eye to a new form of creative output. From that moment on, I was hooked!
