- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take into consideration the number of rooms in the home and approximate square footage. Move-in and move-out cleanings tend to run slightly higher than a one-time deep or recurring cleanings because of the level of detail required ( i.e. deep cleaning the interior of the appliances, cleaning interior closets and wiping inside all cabinets). I do not provide my clients with a low price on Thumbtack just to get their business and then increase my price later. My quotes are generally firm, unless upon viewing the property we find that the required cleaning is more in depth than a normal cleaning entails. For example, if the baseboards require washing in addition to dusting (which is included), there would be an additional small fee based on the size of the home. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide an initial quote as well as a list of all services included, if some services that I have listed are not needed or if additional services are needed beyond what is listed, the client can message me to discuss and negotiate price. I contact all of my clients the day before our scheduled appointment to confirm and obtain the address. Payment is due in the form of cash or check upon completion of services.

I constantly complete research on the internet regularly to find new innovative products and better ways to clean your home in order to complete the job as quickly and efficiently as possible.
