- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $55 Diagnostic Fee. We waive that fee once our technician diagnoses the issue & a repair is approved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we ask for your email address and cell number. We do so because our technicians are electronically dispatched. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment by text & email as well as a notification when our technician is on the way 30 minutes before. We are a paperless company meaning our invoices are also digital.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are NATE certified and hold an EPA license.
