- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complications, we keep it straightforward and simple. We work with a simple and detailed contract that outlines all fees and is open to the client to add or subtract services according to their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone consultation first to get to know the clients needs and then invite the client to one of our public shows so they can meet us in person and see exactly what they will get when they hire us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have recorded, produced and worked with many celebrity and high end clients including Gloria and Emilio Estefan, Albita, Raul DeBlasio, Rafael, John Secada etc. We also have a Latin Grammy with Albita as well as members of S.A.G. and Grammy Association and Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureaus.
