- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home Health Aide Certification or current Certified Nursing Assistant License with at least 6 months verifiable work experience. RN. LPN, PT, PTA, OT, OTA, ST, LCSW active Florida State License Level 2 Criminal Background and Sexual Abuse Registry checks. OSHA, HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's, Domestic Violence HIPPA Medication Errors, Infection Control Training Certificates.
