These hacks installed gutters on my house. soon after they left was a downpour and the gutters started making a popping noise. I went outside during the rain storm and saw that the gutters were bowing in the middle and no water was coming out of the down spouts. Luckily I am a retired skilled tradesman. I immediately grabbed my drill and removed the incorrectly mounted gutter supports to allow the water to drain. When the rain passed I took out a level and saw that they had installed them with no pitch, they were tightly against the drip edge all the way down the 60ft. of my house. REALLY!! Then I checked my other section of gutter they installed, also with not pitch. Not once did I see a level or a chalk line drawn to make sure they had the right pitch. So now after spending the previous day scrapping, calking and painting my fascia boards before the install I am left with holes I had to repair and an unacceptable install. Furthermore my neighbors said the same thing happen to her. I also asked my other neighbors that recommended this co. if I could look inside their gutters. I found that that the gutter had their own ecosystem of gnats, mosquitos and algae from all the standing water. In my opinion they had one time to do it right and they are not coming back. This company can shove there warrantee and I will make sure everybody I know learns of my experience and intern passes it along.

In response to Jason D. We installed gutters in the property and after the installers left Mr. Jason called an hour after claiming that something was wrong with the gutters and that they needed immediate repair. However, we were scheduled for the week and we could not go back to his home to fix the "issue" right away. We told Mr. Jason that we would put him down for next weeks schedule but he refused to, insulted our secretary and proceeded to tell us that he knew more about installing gutters than we do so that he was going to take care of the issue himself and hung up on the secretary. Three days later we decided to give him a call to follow up because we where in the area and we wanted to make sure that our customers are satisfied with our work but then again he refused to have anything to do with us and said and I quote "I already took care of it". We advise our customer to always read the fine print and understand that we have others scheduled and we cannot simply cancel jobs to go and see what was the issue. If you know more about gutters than we do then why bother call us to install them. Anyways, thank you for your business and the time you took to leave us a review. -SGM

My experience with Seamless Gutter Masters was less than desirable... The salesman Javier Lizcano came to my house and tried to sell me the 7" gutters throughout the entire house instead of only in the area needed, of course the 7" gutters are $6/Ft instead of $3.50/Ft for the 6" gutters.. More money in his pocket at the cost of the homeowner, BEWARE of salesman!! After negotiating to install the 7" gutters where needed, and 6" gutters throughout the rest of the house, the installation team arrived, these guys did a great job on the gutter system, making sure that all of the cuts were perfect and looking good, which was a task due to the shape of my house. They did such a great job I tipped them very well... The next day I went on to my balcony and noticed that one of my floor tiles on the balcony was shattered, seems like while they were cutting the roof tiles to accommodate the gutter, a piece of roof tile fell from the roof and shattered the floor tile. This was very upsetting as this floor was just installed less than a month ago. As well, knowing that they did not have the courtesy or decency to tell me about the accident. BEWARE of the installers!! check everything they are doing while they are working and when they are finished with the job. Making matters worse, I texted Seamless Gutter Masters the photos of the damages to the number that they sent me my receipt from and they TOTALLY IGNORED ME. My advise to any of you that will read this valuable review is to #1. Make sure you are not persuaded by JAVIER to purchase more than you need, he is a salesman from the word go! #2. Watch the installation team like a hawk, take nothing for granted and check all areas before they leave, my problem was I didn't go to the balcony to check when they finished the job, my fault. Lastly and most importantly. Through my experience the company does not stand behind their faults or they would have reached out to me in regards to the broken tile. Best of luck with your choice of gutter company!!

We apologize to Mr.John M for the inconvenience, however we take pride in what we do. When Javier went to the customers property to provide an estimate the customer asked for 6 inch gutters, however Javier, noticed that the customer had a tile roof and in some areas the tiles were sticking out, few inches in certain parts even in few sections where tile was sticking out 6 inches, since we are professional and stand behind our work we recommended 7 inch gutters so that the water wont jump over the gutter with 6 inch gutters. When Javier gave the customer the price for 7 inch gutters, the customer changed it up and had him give him a price to cut some tiles and did 7 inch in some sections and certain sections in 6 inch as well, Javier gave the customer the price for 6 inch and 7 inch as requested and the customer agreed to the price and job was performed accordingly. As you can see there is nothing to be surprised, everything was very clear, as noted on our contract. I appreciate your honesty by saying that our installers did a great job however, you mentioned that it "seems" that we broke a tile, you said the right word (it seems) note you're not 100% sure. First, we did not require a deposit from customer and when job was completed the customer checked installation with installers and after called our office and made the payment. Two days later the customer sends a picture text of a broken floor tile, with a hole, very clearly that tile is hollow underneath because tile was perforated, but again how can you prove to our company that we indeed are behind the damage? Also, you should have called our office and to let us know instead of sending us a picture of a tile with no explanation what so ever. If you read our contract it is stated clearly that we are not responsible for broken tiles or if a wall is hollow and/or cracks are present during installation. In conclusion, your gutters are working perfectly fine and your upset over a broken tile which we are not responsible for or know if damage was actually cause by us. Our company stands behind our work and also we do our repairs but in this case there is no repair to be done and price was stated clearly before the customer approved and gave us the go ahead to do the job meaning that Javier did not force the sale. Once again we apologize for any misunderstanding and than you for your business and the time you took to leave us a review. -SGM

Kept my wife at home for this installation. She was very upset when she was still waiting for them to call 2.5 hours later. She missed her prior engagement for nothing and now I have to hear about it when I'm in the one that insisted that they would be coming. I called and called nobody answers and they didn't have the courtesy to call to let us know that perhaps something might have gone wrong at another house. Apparently our time isn't valuable to them. I love to support small business but this reminds me why sometimes you just have to stick with the big boys
