- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Booking INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL destinations, requires some research and time to find the right product and best options. As your Travel expert, I strive to find discounts/promotions and to find the best price for your money. At Sofia’s Travel there is no charge or hidden fees for our services on your bookings. We are affiliated and in partnership with major vendors and wholesalers, so you will always get the best price according to your selections and budget. My goal is to provide a good service for all my customers as I am the creator of memorable and fun experiences on every trip. Please note I do not offer Airfares or Domestic/local travel. My services are strictly on International Destinations. I specialize on Luxury Cruises, European/Mediterranean/Asia River Cruises, Tours and All-inclusive Hotel packages for Mexico, Caribbean, South and Central America.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our introduction/first consultation a series of questions are required to meet all the qualifications of the prospect. I understand is an investment, so I ask you to provide me with as much details, to learn as much as I can about your request and as my new customer as well. Our communication will be via email and telephone calls. I have 3 customized forms that I will send to you and are returned to me electronically. - General information sheet (Names, DOB, address, etc) - Travel insurance waiver (if you decline travel insurance) - Credit card authorization form (for deposit or full payment) At Sofia's Travel, no charges are ever made without approval from the client. I will also need to know your likes and dislikes, dietary or health restrictions, so that I can allocate the right product for your desire destination, hotels locations, tours, activities and all the details that requires to create a memorable experience that you are looking for.
