Introduction: I have been a certified personal trainer for 6 years. I am certified through NASM and AAPTE through Hofstra University. I am also certified in fitness nutrition and corrective exercise through NASM. I have worked with a wide variety of clientele from athletes to people recovering from injuries after physical therapy. I love helping people with injuries live more comfortably with the goal of experiencing less pain. This can be incorporated into any program with any goal in mind. I have worked in many different settings in the health and fitness industry like health education centers, vitamin/sport supplement stores, gyms, sports clubs, private training companies and have done online and in-home personal training. I currently am based in Port Saint Lucie and train clients in St. Lucie County and Martin County. I offer in-home personal training based on your preferences, requiring little to no equipment, which I do provide if you don’t own your own. I love helping clients feel more confident by helping them along their health and fitness journeys. I support clients and guide them along the way, while educating them so they also gain knowledge in fitness/nutrition and feel confident implementing healthy changes into their daily lives. I do individual and small group training and have several other trainers working closely with me and am happy to accommodate gender preferences. We offer in-person as well as multiple options for online coaching/programs based on your needs. Half hour sessions available as well. Inquire for details.

Working with Sarah has been and continues to be an amazing experience. I have worked with several trainers throughout the years and I must say Sarah is by far the best! She has helped me reach my fitness goals and beyond. When looking for a trainer it was very important for me to find someone who was knowledgeable concerning injuries, and still able to plan a beneficial workout. Sarah has been able to guide me through total body workouts without stressing my knee joints which is not easy. The improvements I've seen in my body are incredible! Sarah takes pride in her work and her clients. Sarah contacted me immediately to schedule a phone consultation. I quickly learned that Sarah and Brent work closely together to create a plan that best works for me. Sarah is a well rounded trainer. She has challenged me and considered my abilities when giving me routines to do with her and without her. She is very flexible with her schedule and works extremely hard at making sure you are receiving the best quality care. I talk to her a lot about food and diet and she speaks to me without judgment which I appreciate. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get back on track with diet and exercise or even if you are just learning.

I’ve been training with Sarah for 2+ years and have found her to be one of the best people in the field. Her knowledge of training and the human body is top notch. With her help I am in the best shape in years. She also has helped me alleviate my back pain which was debilitating at times - through exercise and stretch.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The price per session can vary depending on length of the session (hours or half hours) and the amount of sessions you commit to. Sessions get cheaper based on the amount of sessions you purchase.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First, we meet and do a complimentary assessment, discussing some information about health history and your current fitness level. We use this time to clarify your goals and take measurements. I also assess posture and form during a few simple exercises to help me determine which muscle groups are over or under-active. This will help me design a customized workout for your goal. The first session is always free, so you can see the value in the service :)

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am certified through AAPTE through Hofstra University and through NASM. I also hold certifications in fitness nutrition and corrective exercise through NASM as well.
