Big Burns did an excellent job!! Timely and very easy to work with! They packed the truck very nicely and didn't have to worry about my belongings getting damaged at all. This was definitely one of the easiest moves I have done, thanks to Big Burns!

Juan and Vlad showed up right on time. They worked non-stop and very quickly. They were extremely careful and everything was moved safely and quickly. The price was below average and the work was the highest quality. Really, a fantastic job and I have nothing but good things to say.

I contacted Big Burns Moving when I needed to empty a storage unit on short notice. I was in a different state and had to coordinate everything from afar. They did a great job emptying out the unit and packing up the trailer to be shipped to me. There was an issue with the trailer after the packing and Big Burns went back and cleared it all up! I appreciate all their work and would recommend to anyone! Thank you!

Misrepresentation on prices. Should have said that you not only charge for gas but the ride as well. You should have mentioned that you were 2.5 hrs away from me. You said, in writing by the way, that it would be one price, $60 hr. but charged another, $85 hr.! You said it was a typo when you quoted the original price, but the numbers aren't even near each other to what you actually did charge. Plus you advertised the $60 here on Thumbtack. I also noticed you didn't miss type anything else. Then there was sales tax of 4.5% for what?! According to the charges, it cost me $145 just to have them show up this morning. Then my charges actually began when they reached me!! Seriously, you really need to be more up front on your advertising and what you put in writing to your clients. However, I will add that Millie and Derek were extremely nice. But you still charged $185 more than what you said!
