- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our ideal scenario is to meet with a customer in person, assess their needs, and provide relevant solutions to help them develop their people and motivate their participants. Once we have an opportunity to review additional information related to your event or training needs, we can discuss our pricing structure and fees in more detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First, we set up an initial call to understand the needs of our client, the event/training expectations, and the overall goals of the client. Second, and if time permits, we schedule an in-person meeting or a meeting through Skype to review our proposal, answer questions, and plan next steps. We maintain good communication with the customer before, during, and after the event/training to provide feedback and anything else required or preferred by our engagement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I hold a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. I have attended numerous leadership, sales, communication, and team building seminars and conferences. I work with corporations, non-profits, and churches to provide training, coaching, and consulting.
