- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a $55. diagnostics/Service fee, I charge by the the job, not hourly so if I spend 3 to 8 hours on the job you will only be charged for job .I'll let you the know the price upfront once efficiently diagnosed, my prices are fair and very competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out the nature of job and listen for any symptoms that they may have noticed, noises, insufficient cooling, heating etc
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Company trained and certified for 30 months on HVAC, Appliance repairs . EPA and OSHA certified
