We have competitive, fair pricing. Quotes for service are available upon request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we gather as much information about the event as possible. Then, we do an assessment on the size and scope of the event and our available capabilities. Once we identify the needs of the event, we configure the appropriate system package and provide the customer with a quote for service. After the customer reviews and accepts the quote, a deposit not to exceed 50% of the total cost of service will be required to secure and confirm the event service date. Deposits can be made electronically or via cashiers check. No later than 72 hours prior to the date of the event, the remaining balance for service must be paid in full. Any service booked within one week of the event, will require that payment be made in full upon confirmation of availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has nearly 50yrs of combined work experience in the music/entertainment industry. Cory "Sykes" Brown, SES's technical director has held positions both on and off stage. These include: theatre technician (IATSE Local 500), AV production specialist (Broward County Libraries), recording and mixing engineer (freelance), Nightclub DJ (various), Tour DJ (Slip N Slide Records), Radio Mixshow DJ (The Luke Show 99 JAMZ).
