- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First an email and/or phone introduction followed by a brief conversation about the project. Then we arrange a face-to-face meeting to see the job site in person and discuss the details of the project. We try our best to make every customer comfortable with us and with the process, as well as answering any possible questions they may have (and even the ones they haven't thought of). We show samples or catalogs of materials they could use and if they want we take them the showrooms of our suppliers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started working for a company similar to mine and later on decided to go independent and open up my own company. I figured i was the one doing all the hard work and someone else was gaining all the benefits. So it was time for a change.

Residential and business customers.
