Excellent communication combined with a solid technical background makes this man my go to guy for repairs. I am unfortunately not very technically experienced but this guy solves any issues I have both technologically as well as with the actual product. Fixed some technical glitches I was having for me as well as allowed me to run windows on my mac! He then set up my entire home network and it runs smoother than a dream! Also, I have a tendency of breaking Apple products screens and he has repaired them every time. He is the Gandalf of Apple repair and I stand by his work 100%.
