- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is very flexible, if I feel that the customer doesn't see the value in the work a parallel to the pricing I will gladly accommodate to keep customers satisfied at the end of the day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically I respectfully introduce myself and then get to know what it is the customer is envisioning for their project. I then relay to them the necessary steps to be taken in order to reach their desired results. Once the project is finished I make sure to maintain contact and be available if the customers have any questions or follow up jobs to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have hands-on and online course training provided by a private company I worked for for the work I specialize in.
