I am so pleased with the service I got from Crosstown Movers! I tried Thumbtack for the very first time and got so lucky. The initial reason I picked Crosstown Movers over the other responses was that James did not pressure me like the others. I really disliked being called and texted constantly by the other movers. James was attentive and responsive and yet did not pressure. He arrived early, took great care wrapping and moving my items from my house, and was equally careful when dropping them off at their destination. I recommend Crosstown highly - I know I will be using them again!!

James and his team were absolutely amazing. From our initial interaction, James was professional, responsive, and thorough. The team showed up early (which was important to us since we were on a tight schedule), and got right to work. They were efficient, but still careful with our belongings. The team also had a great spirit. I enjoyed hearing them laughing and getting along despite the hard work. Once everything was unloaded, they made sure everything was placed in the correct locations, all the furniture was set up and all TVs were functional. After many terrible moving experiences I’m thrilled to finally have a pleasant one. Thank you James and team!
