- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customer has different needs, so our pricing depends on the type of job, distance and how many items the customer wants to move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a lead, i try to understand what he/she needs, how many items need to move, distance, if the move/delivery has stairs. I text or call after I get all the information, i give my quote, sometimes i show an hourly price, other times i just give a flat rate, so the customer knows how much they are going to pay.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first experiences were helping friends to move from their homes, and later, my first jobs were running apps like Dolly or Bungii and i learned how to move furniture or appliances, and how to protect it. After that, i'm still learning every day about this business.
