I'm 58 and was just in South Florida for 1 month and wanted to try a personal trainer for the 1st time in my life. Boy am I happy I found Mike. He worked me hard and the results were noticeable in that short period of time. I highly recommend giving him a try. If you are serious about training he's your man. (And he really nice too)

Decision to use Mike as a personal trainer has paid great dividends. Physical I am at a place I've never been because of the work we put in. Mike is not only concerned with gym time with him, he also concerned with your individual personal gym time, diet, emotional health & sleep habits. His goal is to train you so that you could train yourself & become independent of him.

Mike is the real deal. I learned a lot from working out with him with regards to technique, improving my diet, and overall wellness. Great energy and gym. The program is definitely worth it; I'd highly recommend.

Mike is a very good and patient trainer. This was my first time working with a trainer. He was very informative about the work out session. He made sure I was comfortable with the particular workout we was doing. He informed me of nutrition to go with the work out. If you’re a first timer mike is the one to go to.
