Had a family reunion. Hired FD Photo Group to take pictures of our family - many meeting for the first time. Ages 5 to 85. They arrived LATE to our photo session. I regrettably tipped them (as a courtesy) despite that. We needed some editing done which they agreed to do but, after about 2 months, they deleted our proofs off of their website -without any warning or notice. Told us they deleted the pictures and had no back up. We were supposed to take our own close ups for them to use for the edits and apparently we took too long. We lost all of our precious pictures. There were over 400+ proofs. All gone. Nothing to show. And now with sick family members - we'll never get to recapture that moment in time. They ruined our memories. Thank you for nothing.
