- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My lessons are once a week and I do have sibling discounts as well as package rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
That depends on the student. I try to start off slowly and progress according to a student's practice availability. I try to incorporate games with the younger students so we're not at the piano for the entire lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at the Cleveland Institute of Music as a prep student when I was 5 years old until I graduated.
