• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  We charge per job!...Not per hour or time plus material or equipment. We don't charge for a trip charge. We don't charge extra for Nights, Weekends or Holidays. We are Open 24 hrs/ 7 Days a week, because plumbing emergency strikes at any time. *UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT SERVICE CONDOS*

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We contact the customer. We schedule an appointment and we send a tech out there for free to assess the situation. Once he determines what needs to be done, he will give you a free verbal estimate. If you like it you authorized him to do the job, if you don't!... you have no obligation whatsoever!

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  We are proud to be a Certified State Plumbing Contractor, which means that we are qualified and allowed to perform work in the entire state of Florida. We are Insured for your protection. We are a Bonded Company which will give you 100% security. We have been in the plumbing industry for over 30 years and we have worked and have the experience in all the different and vast fields that the plumbing industry covers.
