- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
L.R.I. offers three levels of service to meet its clients needs. Standard service is usually completed within three business days. Rush service is usually completed within 48 hours. Priority service is usually completed within 24 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone is in need of fast, efficient and reliable service of process we are very easy to work with. We can accept service requests electronically, via mail or in person. To facilitate our prepayment requirements, we accept all major credit cards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, all of L.R.I.'s process servers are fully licensed, bonded and insured. They take an annual continuing education seminar and are tested on their knowledge yearly.
